Work History

Jeanette commenced her career as a nurse gaining experience across surgical and burns, medical and infectious diseases, intensive care, public health and fertility nursing, before moving into leadership. She has worked across the healthcare sector notably setting up a regional health service under one of New Zealand’s first Public Private Partnerships, contributing to the development of a PMS and leading the digital transformation of a large accident and medical provider, expanding a private hospital into a prominent healthcare campus and partnering with Specialists, as leaders in their fields, to introduce new elective procedures to New Zealand.

She has undertaken further leadership study through Singapore Management University, Case Western Reserve University, Ohio US and she has a Certificate in Company Direction through the Institute of Directors NZ. She is a member of Global Women and an advocate of workplace diversity and inclusion, fairness, and equity.

With deep experience across management disciplines, in executing strategy and growing high performing teams, she is passionate about creating services that reflect the very best of healthcare.
